You bonk at mile 20
Your gut never practiced race-day carbs.
The heat wrecks your pace
You trained in cool weather for a hot race.
Your legs quit late
Long runs never tested goal pace on tired legs.
The descents wreck your quads
Your race drops 4,000 ft. Your training dropped 900.
Works with the plan you already have.
Your plan tells you what to train. Raceproof checks whether it's getting you ready for race day.
Self-coached
You build the plan. We check it against your race.
Online plan
Keep following it. We track what it doesn't.

Most plans cover volume and workouts. Few track these week by week against your race:
- Gut
- Hydration
- Heat
- Terrain
- Durability
- Pacing
- Taper
That's the support pros get from a team. Raceproof does it from the training you already log.
Have a coach? If they're on Raceproof, link your account with their invite code. Your readiness reports go to them automatically after every training session, so they can adjust your plan with real data. You can unlink anytime, and Raceproof never changes your plan.
How it works
- 01
Add your race
Pick it from the list or upload the course.
- 02
Connect your training
Your watch already tracks everything we need. No new device. Your watch handles most of it.
- 03
Close the gaps
A prep block for gut, heat, terrain, durability and pacing, then a race-day plan built only on what you've proven.
Works with Garmin, COROS, Apple Watch and Polar on iPhone. Android coming later.
What you log, and what we track for you.
Your watch covers most of it. A few quick logs after key sessions fill in the rest. About 15 seconds, and we remind you.
We read the temperature of every session and track how much heat you've trained in compared with your race forecast.
We compare your climbing and descending with your race course, week by week.
We look at how your heart rate and pace hold up late in long sessions.
We check whether you've held goal pace in training, and for how long.
We track your training load and sleep in the final weeks.
After long runs and bricks, we ask what you ate and drank and how your stomach felt. Save your usual products once, then log in a few taps.
Have an hDrop or a lab sweat test? Enter your results and we'll use them. If not, weigh in before and after a few sessions and we'll work out your sweat rate. A smart scale that syncs with Apple Health makes this automatic.
Tap any row to see how it works. We'll notify you after key sessions, so you never have to remember.
Built for ultras and long-course triathlon
Night running, sleep and crew plans for races up to 100 miles.

Boston drops about 450 ft overall, mostly in the first half, then climbs the Newton hills from mile 16. Daniel's long runs have almost no downhill running.
Suggested addition
Add 4 to 6 easy downhill miles to Sunday's long run and one short hill session a week until the taper.
Coach note
A note from the founder

Why I'm building this
I'm Jonathan. I'm an endurance athlete and I've spent 10 years working with fitness brands. Getting ready for my own races, I kept finding the warning signs in my training only after race day. Raceproof is the tool I wanted: one that tells you what's not ready yet while there's still time to fix it.

Questions
Does it replace my coach or training plan?
No. It works alongside your plan or coach and checks that training covers what race day will ask for.
Which watches work?
Garmin, COROS, Apple Watch and Polar, synced through Apple Health on iPhone. Android support comes after launch.
What's free and what's in a pass?
Everyone gets a free race-day plan built from their goals. A pass checks your actual training against your race, tracks readiness on all seven pillars and runs your prep block.
When does it launch?
The beta opens in spring 2027. Waitlist members get in first.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your data is used only to run Raceproof and is never sold.
Does it handle hilly courses and altitude?
Yes. Raceproof compares your race's climbing and descending with your training and suggests specific changes, like adding descent to an easy run. If your race is above about 5,000 ft, it adds an altitude plan: when to arrive, how to pace, and what to check with your doctor, like iron levels.
Does it work for triathlon?
Yes, for 70.3 and full-distance races. Raceproof checks open-water swimming, bike pacing, how your run holds up off the bike, fueling across all three legs and your transitions. Sprint and Olympic distances aren't covered yet.
Is this medical advice?
No. Raceproof gives training guidance. See a doctor about any medical condition.
